Wood Street Commons offers two Project Based Section 8 Housing options through Housing Authority City of Pittsburgh.

MOD units have a homeless preference

PBV units have a disability preference

After resident completes a 1 year lease at Wood Street this voucher is portable.

Affordable Rent. 30% of gross income.

Documentation Checklist - All documentation must be within 60 days of application date or current documents will be required.

Complete BOTH Zero Income Affidavit and Zero Income Worksheet if you are applying with no income.

Complete Disability Verification if you are applying for disability unit.

All packets must be completed and submitted with required documentation.

Must submit BOTH a completed #1 Pre Application and #2 Application with documents
