Wood Street Commons offers two Project Based Section 8 Housing options through Housing Authority City of Pittsburgh.

MOD units have a homeless preference  

• This is not a portable voucher.

PBV units have a disability preference 

• After resident completes a 1 year lease at Wood Street this voucher is portable.

Affordable Rent. 30% of gross income.
